LootXtreme was created by a passionate gamer, for gamers. We blend a passion for games with fun, stylish designs to help you wear your love for all things videogame proudly and spark gamey vibes wherever you go. Learn more on our About Us page.

 

Where are your products made and shipped from?

All our t-shirts are printed and shipped from the U.S. to ensure fast, reliable delivery and the highest production standards.

 

What materials are your t-shirts made from?

Our t-shirts are made from soft, breathable, and durable fabric blends to ensure long-lasting comfort.

  • Solid colors – Soft, breathable, and perfect for everyday wear. Made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton
  • Dark Heather - 35% ring-spun cotton, 65% polyester
  • Sport Grey and Antique colors - 90% cotton, 10% polyester

We use Gildan 64000 shirts, made using ethically grown and harvested US cotton. Gildan is also a proud member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol ensuring ethical and sustainable means of production. Our tees are certified by Oeko-Tex for safety and quality assurance. 

 


🚀 Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders ship within 4–7 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3 - 4 business days in transit.
Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 7-12 additional business days.

 

Where do you ship from?

We fulfill orders through a statewide network of fulfillment centers, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. You’ll see the final total before you pay.  We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S..

 

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on it! Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand our shipping options. For now, we only ship within the U.S.

  • Customs fees may apply based on your order value.
  • Including your phone number helps ensure smooth delivery and reduces the risk of lost packages.

Can I track my order?

Confirmed! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 business days, contact us at support@lootxtreme.com. 

 

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation for address errors
  • Ask your local post office
  • Check with neighbors

If still missing, contact us at support@lootxtreme.com with your order number. We’ll help you out!

 


🎮 Return & Refund Policy — Read This Before You Rage Quit

At LootXtreme, every shirt is made to order — meaning we don’t have a warehouse full of returns to swap from. That also means we can’t accept general returns or size-based exchanges.
👉 So before you hit “buy,” double-check your size, color, and product.
We’ve got a size chart on every product page to help.

Still unsure? Reach out — Facebook DMs, email, or our contact form — we’re happy to help you get it right before your order goes into production.


🛠️ Something Actually Wrong? We Got You.

If the shirt shows up looking way off — wrong size, misprint, damaged, or just not what you ordered — we’ll fix it. Fast. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the item.

If it doesn’t match the size chart, here’s what we need:

  • A photo of the shirt laid flat
  • Tape measure across the width + length (just like the chart)
  • We’ll compare and get it sorted

⚠️ Size can vary slightly during production (up to 1" is considered normal).
If it’s more than 1.5 inches off, we’ll replace or refund — no stress.
If it's close, a partial refund may apply.

 

 


🧼 Product Care

How should I wash my shirt?

  • Machine wash cold with similar colors
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or air dry to prevent shrinkage. These are "pre-shrunk" to handle normal washing, in cool temperatures, but high temperatures will shrink them past their designed intent.

 

How are the designs printed?

All of our shirts are Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed. This means the ink is printed directly into the fabric — no thick vinyl or plastic feel. It’s not screen printed, and there are no vinyl graphics. Here's a nice video on the process.
